I have daily trouble with dry skin, so sometimes I need a little extra moisture during the summer and winter seasons. When it comes to facials I prefer to use as much natural ingredients on my face as I can.
I try to use this avocado and yogurt facial mask at least once a week. It’s very soothing and my face always has a smooth and soft feeling once i’m done.
What you will need: A mixing bowl or a regular bowl that you can find to use for the mixtures.
You will need 1 half of the avocado
(You can add honey to the mixture if you like)
Add 2 teaspoons of yogurt (you can adjust to the amount for your preference)
Remove the skin of the avocado. You can actually rub the skin of the avocado onto your clean face prior to the mask it self.
Remove the nut from the middle and mix the avocado pulp and yogurt into a paste. You will want to mix the yogurt and the avocado enough to turn into a paste, you do not want it liquified. continue to mix until it’s as smooth as you can possibly make it. Let it sit for about 4 minutes and begin to use. Keep away from your eyes, relax and leave it on your face for 5 mins. Depending on how dry your skin is you may want to leave it on for an extra 5 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water and wala. Healthy glowing soft skin.
