A natural way to lighten age spots from home

I always “try” to look for natural ways to beautify my skin. A while ago I posted a few natrural ways to do your own facials from home. It may not always look pretty, but it’s the out come which is the most important once you find the right receipe that works best for you. We all know with age our skin begins to slowly change a little and with that for some of us may delevop little dark spots. It runs in my family from my grandmother, to my aunt, to my mother and now I have started noticing small dark area on my forehead. When I first noticed it I spent a little extra time scrubbing my forehead thinking its left over makeup, or excess oil. So if, you’re fighting dark spots and need a little tightening in the skin like I do, this at home facial mask receipe will be good to give it a try.

▪ Note ▪

Please be mindful that not everyone one has the same skin type and remember to do a small test first!

Lemon juice can help lighten age apots, acne scars and certain discoloration on the skin as well as helping to speed up healing and reduction of oiliness to the skin. It also helps the with the removal of dead skin cells resulting in beighter, smoother and glowing skin. Egg wites added to the lemon juice will help tighten the skin and shrink pores. They contribute to maintaining elasticity in the skin and will help reduces the apperances of fine lines. You can either add natural organuc honey, or organice yogurt to the mix to help naturally bring out your skins mositure.

What you will need:
1egg white, 1/2 raw honey or plain yogurt and a 1/2 teaspoon of lemond juice.

Place all ingredients into a mixting bowl and whip the mixtures together until it begans to become foamy for about 1-2 minutes. Spread on your face evenly and leave on your face for about 20-30 mins. Or at least until the mask has completely dried (you know when its dried when you start to talk like a mummy). Rinse off with warm water making sure that the maks is completely off your skin. Splash with with a little cold water and let your skin naturally air-dry then mositurize your face as normal.
There are so many other recipes that I would like to share, but right now my supervisor is eying me down hard lol, so I must go for now.

Peace and Happiness
