The multiple use of lemons is perfect for so many different reasons other than to just please our taste buds. They also add extrodinary value towards both health and body. You can also use a lemon to naturally lighten your hair too. I sometimes would use about a half a lemon diluted with a little water, spray it into my hair and let it set. Feng Shui lovers believe that it’s good energy to leave about nine lemons in a bowl, or basket within in their surroudings to help keep the room both balanced and harmonized.
I read an article once regarding how researchers discovered how just the taste of lemon juice, and the smell of lemon oils can stimulate the functionality of your brain with positive and emotional effects. I suffer from inflammation from time to time, and my doctor told me how drinking a glass of lemon water in the mornings can help keep the imflamtion down. I actually try to drink as much lemon water and green tea’s as often as I can. I drink it to help boots up my immune sytem, I’m not always successful with it considering how crazy my work weeks can be.

Drinking lemon water does your liver wonders acting as a natural detoxifier breaking down and clearing the posions out of your body. It helps to cleanse your bowels by eliminating waste and helping with regularity. The citric acid in lemon juice also helps to dissovles gallstones, calcium deposits, and kidney stones. I can safely say that there are more benfits to drinking a glass of water with a lemon in it, then it is to not trying it all. There’s so much that I want to say, but being stared down with the look of death, followed by a lecture from my supervisor if I’m late for work is not on the schedule this morning lol.
