Betsey Johnson S/S 2016 collection: For New York Fashion Week

I adore Betsey Johnson! I had the wonderful pleasure of not only meeting her, but also working behind the scenes at one of her shows years ago. As always for this up coming spring/summer 2016 collection is all about fun and great fashion. The models where decked out in bright colorful dresses that quickly reminds you of the 1980’s “material girl” look. The second look of the collection didn’t dull out at all, with more bright colors that matches the fun girly look that this collection offers.

Now the third collection of the night was amazing!!

Betsey Johnson did her thing with this season’s collection. I want every piece that her third collection offered! I know that orders are going to be crazy. The pinstripe body suit is amazing, the plaid pant suit is gorgeous and then… The most insane thing hit the runway right after, a beautiful long red and black stripped dress (I’m done)! Every piece that came out my mouth watered, I couldn’t even type fast enough all the thoughts that ran through my head lol. Once I finally had my thoughts put back together, out walked this model in a gorgeous black bustier dress that took breath away again.

The fourth collection was just as fun and colorful as the three collection before it, but Betsey is not finish knocking everyone out with these killer looks, the fifth collection is just as fun as the third! Mod is in for her fifth collection of the night, with cute short flirty 60’s style dresses and a gorgeous black and white pinstrip suit.

The bathing suits are so freaking cute! Betsey put together amazing pieces for her beach wear. Forget about baring it all to be sexy this summer, it’s all about her very cute pink bubble gum bikini with puffy sheer arms and her flirty little one pieces. Betsey Johnson deserves around of applause for such a great show this season. All her shows are always fun to watch and of course, everyone waits around to see the fabulous Betsey do her most famous cartwheel on the runway. There is no slowing Betsey Johnson down and I am excited to see what she has in store for the next seasons collection.
